San Diego Comic Con is an annual convention that takes place in San Diego, California, USA. The event first got inaugurated in 1970 and has been a traditional annual event. The event takes place in the San Diego Convention Center. It is a four day event that involves costumed enthusiasts to be all dressed up and roaming around. This year the convention will take place from 22nd July 2020 to 26th of July 2020 i.e. Thursday to Sunday.
The world is facing a global pandemic at this point due to the outbreak of a deadly virus called Covid-19. The San Diego Comic Con will not take place like every other year. Since 1970, 2020 is an exception. This year, no physical presence will be allowed in the convention center, no social gatherings will take place. Each panel will be individually pre-recorded and uploaded on digital media. You will be able to watch it there. On the other hand, one of the best ways to be a part of the San Diego Comic Con is to volunteer for them. Although, the volunteer registrations have been closed for the year 2020.
