- UJackets has presented a clear and concise size chart that helps in cross checking your measuring. Hence, before you want to place the order, it is essential to check your measurement with the available size chart. Keeping in mind to provide you a custom jacket, we guarantee that it is as indicated by the size you give. If there is an occurrence of any issue, email us at email@example.com within 3 days, upon receiving the product. When the three day time limit passes, the return and exchange won’t be validated hence forth. - In the event that the item is not according to pattern, size, or color, you can take a picture of the jacket by wearing and email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days’ time frame on the arrival of the jacket. Therefore return and exchange policy for will be validated in this regard (Conditions Apply).
- The option for return and exchange will not be validated, if the customer orders two same products of different sizes. - If you receive a defective product, immediately report to us within 24 hours by filling the return and exchange form. The claim for return and exchange will not be valid, once the specified time frame has passed. Once the order is confirmed, the processing starts in the next 24 hours.
- If you plan to cancel the order, all you have to do is to inform us within 24 hours’ time frame. You can have a chance to cancel your order on specific time, but enclosed with the conditions given below:
- A direct deduction of 25% from refunding amount will result if the product is cancelled within 3 days.
- A direct deduction of 45% from refunding amount will result if the product is cancelled prior to the shipment.

- In the event the delivery hasn’t been made despite the 29 working days have passed, the customer will be entitled for a complete refund along with the cost of shipping.
