The Rookies is an action movie both directed and written Alan Yuen. The movie stars Wang Talu, Milla Jovovich, and Xu Weizhou. The plot of the movie focuses on Zhao Feng, an extreme sports lover, who accidentally gets involved in illegal international trade. He, along with a special agent, police officer, non-professional scientist, and an unemployed doctor, an amateur unit is formed. These four rookies are determined to fight with terrorists. The Rookies was released in China on 12^th July 2019.
