The movie is directed by Jo Sung-hee and written by Yoon Seung-min, Yoo-kangSeo-ae, and Jo Sung-hee. Sung-hee started writing the story ten years prior to this film’s release, soon after acknowledging the dangers of space junk. It started the idea of space travelers collecting the space junk, as he heard that these fast-moving fragments of space debris are increasing and causing in-space collisions. However, the topic is already used in several animations and games but not in a live-action film. The film is set in 2092; the story is centered upon a crew onboard a space ship called “The Victory,” trying to escape Earth’s destruction.
