Sonic the Hedgehog James Marsden Jacket was seen on a body of a former SFPD officer James Marsden playing the role of Tom Wachowski in a movie Sonic the Hedgehog.  He is a freshly appointed sheriff of Green Hills who somehow meets Sonic and becomes his friend. He helps Hedgehog to protect him from Robotnik, who tries to capture Sonic.
