Itaewon Class is a South Korean drama television series. It was released on 31st January 2020 and ran till 21st March 2020 on JTBC in Korea, and now it is being premiered worldwide on Netflix. The series is based on the webtoon of the same name. The series is about a high schooler Park Sae-Ro-Yi, jailed for two years in an attempt to murder Jang Geun-Won in 2006 because Jang Geun-Won accidentally killed Park Sae-Ro-Yi’s father. Jang Geun-Won is the son of Jangga Group owner Jang Dae-Hee, who is an influential businessman, as he saved his son by planting someone else to take on the blame for his son’s crime. In 2009 Park Sae-Ro-Yi was released from jail, but he hasn’t forgotten about the vengeance he has to take from Jang Geun-Won. Now he has to carry out his plan that he has been scheming while in prison. Kim Da-mi is portraying as Jo Yi-Seo; she is the manager of Park Sae-Ro-Yi’s bar-restaurant.
